Forgot your password? Click on Forgot Password at the bottom of the Login page. The Forgot Password page will display.
Enter your email and click the Request Password Reset button. You will receive a password reset verification email. The system will confirm the password reset request.
You will then receive an email to verify the request.
Click on verify in the email. Once clicked, the system will display the Login page and send a temporary password to your email.
The email will display the username the password was changed for and the temporary password.
Enter the email and temporary password into the Login page. Do not copy and paste the temporary password into the password box. The password must be entered manually. Click Login.
After logging in with the temporary password, click on Settings, and then My Profile.
The user profile will display. Click Edit.
The Edit User page will display.
Set a new password by entering the new password in Set Password and Set Password Confirmation. Click Update, and the new password will be set.
