Clicking on Impact Levels displays the Impact Levels page.
To add a level, click Add Impact Level.
Type in the new level name.
Next to the Impact Level name is Impact Level description. For clarity, the description gives administrators the ability to describe the level to give users a better understanding of the Impact Level. See image below for an example.
Once the Impact Level is entered, click save.
The description will display in the Impact Level Definitions on an impact case entry.
